Events
Singer-pianist Joan Kurland performs at
a wide variety of functions, from large corporate banquets to
intimate dinner parties. Her ability to play lovely
background music and to hold the spotlight with her
uniquely beautiful voice has made her a favorite with
audiences coast to coast.
Joan trained in piano and
voice at the Manhattan School of Music and the Oberlin
Conservatory, and is well-versed in many styles of music.
Whether your preference is for standards, show tunes,
jazz, the classics, oldies, or the best of contemporary
pop, Joan will work with you to provide the exact mix of
music that you desire. If there is no piano on the
premises, Joan can provide an excellent portable keyboard
and sound system.
